Ferries - Domestic
|
Ferry is the simplest and most relaxing way to travel along the Croatian Coast and to the many Dalmatian and Kvarner Islands. Discover Croatia Holidays is the exclusive booking agent for Jadrolinija Ferries in Australia and New Zealand. Unfortunately, even we cannot book any domestic ferries for you due to Government regulations.
We offer this information below as a free service, however we are not responsible for any changes in timetables and bear no responsibility. Please check the ferry company websites regularly for updated timetables.
We cannot book any of the Domestic ferries on Jadrolinija or KriloJet due to Government regulations. Please arrive early on the day to obtain your tickets at the ferry port office.

Please check both Jadrolinija and KriloJet sites directly for updated timetables on these links before you make firm travel arrangements:

Split-Hvar Town or Hvar Town-Split:
Please see the various car and catamaran ferry timetables below. Passenger and car ferries are readily available between these ports.
Hvar Town-Korcula Town: Passenger catamaran ferries generally leave Hvar at 5pm (low season) or 6.15pm (high season) and get to Korcula around 18.30-19:30hrs. Please check the timetables. If you are planning on only one night in Korcula and you arrive on the late ferry from Hvar, you won't get to spend much time here, so please be aware of your transport options before you book your holiday. There are no car ferries directly from Hvar-Korcula, you must return to the mainland via Sucuraj-Drvenik car ferry and then from the mainland at Orebic-Domince (Korcula).
Korcula Town-Hvar Town:
Please note, there are no daily afternoon passenger ferries that depart from Korcula to Hvar in any season, they only leave very early morning (eg 05:00 or 6:00hrs, yes folks, that's 5 or 6am!), for both Jadrolinija and KriloJet. Please plan your itinerary accordingly. If you get to Korcula late the evening before you will have very little time on the island if you depart the following day to Hvar at 6am.
Dubrovnik-Korcula Town or Korcula Town-Dubrovnik:
No ferry goes between Korcula and Dubrovnik. We can arrange for a shuttle bus between Dubrovnik and Korcula or return.
Korcula Town-Dubrovnik: around 08.30am departure from Korcula for the shuttle bus transfers, arrival around midday to Dubrovnik. Hotel pick-up and drop-off available for some hotels.
Dubrovnik - Korcula Town: around 5pm departure from Dubrovnik for the shuttle bus transfers, arrival around 8pm to Korcula. Hotel pick-up and drop-off available for some hotels.
The trip takes approximately 3 hours as you also have to take the car ferry (cost included in our transfers) between Orebic (Mainland) and Domince (Korcula), as there is no land bridge between those ports.
Private transfers are available at any time of the day, subject to the car ferry schedule. Please ask for a quote for shuttle bus or private transfers.
