What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order or fill out a form.

When ordering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, phone number and postal address. Other information, such as medical and dietary information may be required relevant to the product you are purchasing. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. If you have an issue with giving us your information, then please speak to us by telephone or email rather than using our site to order our products.

Please note, we do not collect your credit card details through our site at any time. If you pay us by credit card we send you a secure link where you enter your own card details from your own computer and our merchant banking system does not allow us to see your entire credit card number at any time during the process. We therefore have no record of your credit card number in its entirety at any time.

On our Passenger Info Form we ask for your passport details, DOB, insurance details and emergency contacts. If you do not wish to provide this information you do not need to, but we do need you to email us and put in writing that you have checked your passport expiry date and to let us know what you have no medical or dietary information that needs to be passed on to the tour or cruise operator. Travel insurance and visas are up to the passenger to procure and we hold no responsibility for any lack thereof.

What do we use your information for?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

• To process transactions

Your information will be used to deliver the product you purchased. With holiday arrangements purchases this means that that your first and last name, postal address, phone number and email address will be used to create your booking.

• To send periodic emails

The email address you provide for order processing, will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order.

If you decide to opt-in to a mailing list, you will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.

Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future mailing list emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email (usually a simple ‘unsubscribe’ link).

Upon purchasing a holiday via Discover Croatia your personal information will be provided to the vendors of all portions of your holiday in order to book and finalise your holiday arrangements as necessary. We only share the minimum data that we need to use to ensure that your holiday flows smoothly, such as your telephone numbers, medical issues, dietary requirements and passport details.
